Our CEO Amanda Young was recently featured in McKnight’s Senior Living sharing how senior living providers can utilize continuing care at home programs (CCaH) to build relationships with prospective residents and add a revenue stream while meeting the needs of older adults who live in the greater community.
While sales and marketing teams at senior living providers may think CCaH programs are competitors to their independent living lifestyle offerings, that often isn’t the case.
“CCaH programs are not your competitor,” Young said. “When you embrace them as part of your continuum, you actually engage people earlier and often see them move into your community later.”
